In the educational field for 50 years, for over 40 years Karen Ryce has dedicated herself to creating harmony with kids, her own and the kids she worked with in the Montessori school she co-founded and then later in public school, even with autistic and other special education middle school students.

Certainly there is work to be done, unless you are like 3yr old children, who master this rule in minutes. They easily accept that each of us is important.
